Quinceanera 2013

Celebrating the coming of age from Childhood to Adulthood. Last weekend we had the pleasure to cover our first “Quinceanera Event” which was help at a small church in Greenwood, South Carolina. This was an amazing event for Jpellin Video & Design to capture. So what is a Quinceanera? A Quinceanera is a Mexican celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday, marking her passage from childhood to adulthood. The traditional quinceanera is both a religious and a social event that emphasizes the importance of the family and society in the life of young people. The celebration begins with a mass attended by the girl, her family and godparents. This is followed by a reception, or party, to which friends and relatives are invited. The reception features food, music, and dancing. This event was a lot of fun to video from the first dance, to the eating and serving of Mexican culture foods. Even though this was a long day filled with laughs and fun, Jpellin Video had to put their best foot forward to capture every detail. We want our clients to enjoy their day, and not have to worry about anything. So at the end of the day, we did our part to make that happen. Happy clients always mean “Happy Business”.
